BOOOOM!

The sheer force of the blow caused the ground beneath them to crack and collapse, creating a massive crater in the middle of the forest. 

Trees in the distance shuddered violently, and loose rocks tumbled into the gaping hole.

The hunters barely escaped in time, leaping back just as the earth caved in. 

Now, they stood on the opposite end of the crater, trying to comprehend the power they had just witnessed. 

On the other side stood Reign, calm and composed, his staff planted firmly in the ground while he balanced effortlessly on top of it, as if the destruction he had caused was nothing more than a small display of his power.

The message was clear.

He wasn't someone they could contend with in terms of destructive power.

Hunters might be skilled and powerful in their own right, but their techniques and area-of-effect attacks were nowhere near as overwhelming or wide-ranging
