บท 82: Work and Train

"Ren, please help cut the vegetables over there."

"Okay, Senior Hijikata."

About a month had passed since Ren started working. It was now February, more than a month since the New Year's event.

In a spacious kitchen, Ren, dressed in chef's attire, was busy helping Hijikata and other chefs cook as a kitchen assistant.

"Ren, after you finish cutting the vegetables, please help me wash the ingredients over there."

"Wait a moment, Chef Kunio."

Ren moved back and forth, helping each chef with various tasks such as cutting vegetables, washing ingredients, sautéing spices, and more.

"This is the last order. Next, we will close. Let's finish everything up."

The chefs in the kitchen sighed in relief after sending out the last order. The head chef, Kirishima Jun, a slightly overweight man in his forties, stood in front of all the chefs and clapped his hands.

"Today's work is done. Thank you for your hard work."
