A loud sound like ice breaking echoed through the area before the ice suddenly began to spread at an astounding pace! It covered everything that it touched! From people to buildings, and even the very air itself was frozen stiff!

Hundreds of people were trying their best to run away from the frost spell, but they were not able to run fast enough as they were immediately frozen in place, stuck with a look of terror on their faces. The entire city looked like a scene out of an apocalypse as the cars and buildings were all frozen, with many people trying to run out of them also frozen in place.
