The sight on the battlefield was a strange one. The victor’s face contorted in anger, while the defeated lay on the ground with a triumphant smile. It was as if someone had swapped their expressions. This made a lot of people stare confusedly.

“What are you laughing at? You’re dying, you damn brat.”

Nesto growled at Arias in irritation. He wanted to see a hopeless look on his face, to see him beg for his own life and cry like he did when Farhan was stabbed. But right now, the only thing he could see on Arias’ face was an enigmatic smile.

“Finally, I can avenge his death.”
