When I left the bank I went into the busy streets of Diagon Alley to find the entrance to Knockturn Alley where I would buy my wand, I wasn't going to go to Olivander since I didn't want anyone to recognize my old identity.
As she entered the Knockturn Alley she noticed the difference between the two as they said in the books, this alley was dark and there were many witches selling potions that she was sure weren't legal.
I put on the hood of my cloak and hid Hadrian keeping him close to my chest to protect him, after that I entered that place.
After several minutes of walking, I finally found what I was looking for. The store like most in this place was almost in ruins, its door and windows full of dust and cobwebs.
'I mean I know they're wizards and whatever they want but they couldn't clean up a bit, it's just a spell and that's it' I thought as I shook my head at the place.
Carefully I push the door which creaked open, upon entering there was a counter where a bearded man with a patch over his right eye was sleeping, but he woke up with the noise emitted by the door.
- "Good morning" - She Greeted - "I'm here to buy a wand" - I approached to face him.
- "Here we make the wands at the time" - He explained and I nodded - "Well follow me so we can see the ingredients for the core and the perfect wood for the wand" - He pointed to a door that was behind the counter, I followed him cautiously.
We entered a place similar to a cellar with several barrels when we got closer I could see different ingredients and wood.
- "Pass your hand over each barrel and when you feel it calls you to grab it" - He pointed me to where I should go.
The result was for the core Ashes and Phoenix Tears, Basilisk Venom, and Harpy Hair. The wood was trembling poplar and ebony.
Finally, he also made me go through where precious stones were found, the chosen ones were a diamond and an onyx that would help me channel my magic better.
- "It will take me about 3 hours to finish it since its ingredients are very complicated and some of them repel each other."
- "Okay then in two hours I'll come back to look for it" - I nodded as we went back to the store.
- "Very well" - He nodded and without further ado, I left.
I went back to Diagon Alley where I spent time buying clothes, and beginner and advanced magic books since I had to start practicing once I got the wand, I also bought the potions I needed to replenish the malnourished body I had.
When the hour was done I went to pick up my wand.
- "Semi-flexible 27 cm trembling aspen and ebony wand, with basilisk venom core, harpy hair, tear, and phoenix ash. Finally diamond and onyx inlays. Ideal for potions, transfiguration, combative magic, and above all loyal" - He gives it to me.
And when I hold it in my hands I create small swirls of colors.
Finally, I fell into the reality that now I have magic and the world in which I was.
