บท 87: Son of Satan

"Pretty pathetic, isn't he?" Belial snorted, and even though he was clearly talking about Lucifer, for some reason, Yurong Tao felt like he was talking about himself as well. 

What about you? The questions lingered at the tip of Yurong Tao's tongue. Why were you banished from Heaven? What caused you to harbor such resentment toward God and your fellow angels?

But he bit them all back and remained silent. Because he didn't think Belial would tell him even if he asked. Despite his seemingly easy-going and carefree nature, deep down, Belial was pretty reserved and would close himself like a clam shell whenever he had to talk about himself. Would there ever come a day when they would bridge this distance? Yurong Tao couldn't help but wonder. At least before their contract expired? 

"Ah, enough about Lucifer and his sappy stories," Belial groaned, seemingly annoyed. "Aren't we here to find out more about demons?"
