บท 145: Chronicles of Lockdown II

**28TH March 2020**

*BRRRRIIIIINNNNGGGGG*

Jason's alarm rang loudly at 7 am and that was his cue for him to get out of bed.

As he had been doing for the last few days, Jason's eyes shot open and he climbed out of bed.

Jumping straight into his arranged schedule for the day, Jason started by grabbing a yoga mat, laying it out, and jumping into a yoga pose.

After doing yoga for about half an hour, he put away the mat and got into the shower to wash himself off before heading out to prepare breakfast for himself.

Nothing too fancy, just some oats and other stuff…

After he was done with his breakfast, he had a thirty-minute rest before he headed to the room where he was to begin his training.

Connecting his phone to his speaker, Jason put his music player on shuffle as usual.

He had not bothered to create a playlist lately because he had noticed something.
