บท 138: Anomalous Deaths Of Kayden's Teammates

Kayden was doubting why his teammates were dead while he was still alive.

No matter how much he thought about it, the only reason he could think of was that Illya was with him which likely intimidated the evil spirit or monster who did this.

But Kayden had a hunch that his assumption wasn't the main reason for the cause of this.

"Sigh, I'm not the best when it comes to thinking about this shit. Even Winston is smarter than me when it comes to this. However, they have already died while I'm the only one alive."

"But whether they are truly dead or not is still uncertain. I haven't seen their corpse yet so at most, they can still be deemed as missing instead of dead."

After muttering those words, Kayden looked at Illya and commanded her, "Illya, let's barge into the room of my teammates. I'll check if they are missing like Ayame."

Illya didn't disagree with Kayden's command and immediately heeded it.
