บท 54: Assassinating Krest Again (1)

Kin told Crystal where Krest was after the commotion. He told Crystal that after noticing that Wintress wasn't there, he knew that Crystal was planning something.

"So when I heard the attack, I rushed there to see what had happened," Kin explained.

"I wanted to kill Krest. It's not that I didn't tell you. But when all the nobles were called, this was the perfect opportunity!" Crystal lied. But the argument seemed believable.

"Couldn't you just wait?" Kin cursed.

"If I did, we would never have discovered the Five! We need more information about them! Krest was a new member who was recruited. He isn't as strong as the rest, and his spoiled nature will do well for us. The rest of the group must have noticed the death of their ally and would be headed back to where the wind swordsman was. They seem to have some magic or artifact that allows them to sense where they are."
