Ryzel could still remember that General Layton Lewis, in his youth, was still willing to tell him different stories and also helped him with his homework sometimes.

He also knew that the general at least had a good relationship with his parents.

Ryzel had a bit of a friendship with Layton Lewis when he was young, so he knew that if he married him, at least he wouldn't be miserable.

General Layton Lewis' character was also guaranteed by a lot of people, and as a God of War admired by the entire Federation, he can't do anything that is against morals.

So Ryzel was sure that being married to General Layton Lewis was a good choice.

Not to mention, Layton Lewis fits all the requirements he has for a marriage partner.

He was strong enough and could easily defeat his family in terms of wealth and status.
