Shen Feiwan forcefully swallowed down the piece of meat, despite her revulsion.

Only after confirming that Shen Feiwan had consumed the meat did Fu Shiyan reluctantly pull away from her lips.

"What do you think you're doing?" Shen Feiwan demanded, her face flushing and her expression unhappy.

"I was afraid you would throw up," Fu Shiyan said, "Having meat to eat is a luxury right now. We can't waste any."

"Then you could have just covered my mouth with your hand."

"I forgot," Fu Shiyan admitted nonchalantly.

Shen Feiwan was clearly displeased.

"Besides, a mouth is far more useful than a hand," Fu Shiyan is visibly amused by this.

Shen Feiwan glared at Fu Shiyan, not wanting to engage with him any further.

Fu Shiyan offered up another piece of meat to Shen Feiwan's mouth.

"I don't want to eat anymore… Ugh." She was interrupted as she was forced to consume another piece of meat.

The strange taste that flowed into her mouth made her want to gag again.
