บท 37: Stealing
The people in black stood in front of the group, while the seven yellow-clad men positioned themselves in front and around the young man.
A brown pill appeared in the hand of the young man in yellow, and he quickly placed it in his mouth. After a few seconds, the wound on his neck completely healed.
The young man in yellow then looked at the young man beside Li Yuemei and was shocked by his appearance. Envy crept into his mind as he searched for any reason why everyone was concerned about that guy.
He saw nothing except the fact that the young man looked extremely handsome, and he waited to see what the elders would do.
"Princess Li Yuemei, we apologize for the inconvenience. We only came in search of a treasure we thought had emerged, but we understand it was a mistake, probably caused by your physique."
"We are leaving; we will visit the Southern Sacred Land with some gifts for your success in awakening and also for reaching the King's realm at such a young age," one of the yellow-clad men said, bowing slightly.
'King realm?!?!' The young man in yellow exclaimed in his mind as he looked at Li Yuemei in disbelief, realizing that their strengths were no longer on the same level.
Other people in the group were also surprised. It was only after the elder spoke that they noticed her realm.
Li Yuemei did not respond; she just glanced briefly at the young man in yellow.
The young man felt a chill down his spine, a sensation as if Li Yuemei could kill him at any moment. However, the feeling lasted only for a moment and remained terrifying for him.
Li Yuemei then turned and flew off the mountain, ignoring the group of people. She felt exhausted and wanted to return to the cave as quickly as possible.
The group of people watched her fly away, and the young man confirmed that she had indeed reached the king's realm. They did nothing and just let her leave.
After a short time, Li Yuemei was already out of sight, and the young man sighed in relief.
"Let's go—"
As he was about to say something, a person suddenly appeared in front of him, bringing a freezing and strange atmosphere with him.
The elders were terrified and didn't take a step. Their foreheads furrowed as cold sweat appeared on their bodies.
They didn't see how, but the young man who was on the mountain with Yuemei appeared in their midst without them being able to do anything.
Even the black-clad men, who were Kings at their peak, couldn't see clearly and felt a sense of imminent death. Despite the cold atmosphere, the young man didn't seem to be harming them; he just prevented them from moving.
"Young master, please let us go. We didn't do anything to you; we are not enemies," the elder who spoke to Yuemei said, his voice trembling slightly from the cold.
But there was no response. The young man emitting the cold remained silent as he approached the young man in yellow, who was currently shivering from the cold but felt a greater fear.
From Yuemei, he had felt danger, but he knew she was only in the King realm. However, he had no idea of the strength of the person approaching him. It was like an abyss; he had only felt this way in front of a few people.
'He is at least a… a Saint,' the young man in yellow thought in terror.
Then he saw the young man raising one of his arms. A sense of danger and death arose in his mind, but his body seemed completely paralyzed by the cold, and he couldn't move at all.
Then he saw the young man lower his arm.
'I'm dead!' He thought as he involuntarily closed his eyes.

Seconds passed, then a minute.
But the death he expected never came.
The young man in yellow slowly opened his eyes.
"I'm alive? What happened?" He asked those around him, realizing that the young man had disappeared, and the cold atmosphere was gone.
"Young master, it seems he didn't want to kill us. Luckily, we are safe. He only wanted your spatial rings," the elder said with a sigh of relief.
Then the young man in yellow realized, "My rings!!" He exclaimed, not even having time to be happy about surviving.

Shortly after, at the entrance of the cave, Li Yuemei sat waiting for someone with her eyes closed. Suddenly, she felt someone appear beside her.
She couldn't sense or understand how he moved so fast, but as soon as she felt that presence, she knew who had arrived.
"You're back. What did you do to them while I was away?" Li Yuemei asked him curiously.
"Huh? What do you mean?"He didn't understand what she meant by that, since she wasn't there to see.
"When I attacked, I used a drop of my corrupted blood. When it hit his neck, it entered his body."
"At a great distance, I can sense his presence and also control his blood as I please. I felt his heart racing and his blood agitating as if he were about to die."
"So, I know you did something. Also, you took longer than necessary, but I know you didn't kill them because I still feel the presence of my blood in him," Li Yuemei said, opening her eyes and looking in his direction.
"You... you stole from him?!" She said this, looking at the numerous spatial rings on his fingers.
"I didn't like the way he was looking at you, so I just wanted to scare him. But I found the rings interesting, so I took them for myself," he said sincerely, looking at her.
"And I also needed something to store the books you gave me as a gift. You can rest; starting tomorrow, you'll teach me more about the language and other things I'm curious about, and then we'll leave this place."
He said as he entered the cave, and shortly after, Li Yuemei followed him with a small happy smile on her face.
