After ensuring the safety of the patrol units who were sent back on their way under Han Leixin's guidance, the Grandmaster and Chi Cheng departed from the spiritual plain of Xue Ling Ridge.

Their little detour sacrificed much of their travel time, resulting in them being forced to camp at the edge of the Frost Forest for the night. As resilient and persistent the Grandmaster was, he couldn't risk travelling further at night.

Ever since their departure from the spirit plain, these low class demons flooded the Frost Forest which left Han Xuelian's company with little choice but to fight against them.

Many of the accompanying Ice Disciples were forced on the rear; possessing no Celestial Essence to join the counterattack.
