The moment Han Xuelian stormed into his chambers, Chi Cheng had already predicted the reason for his visit.

Earlier, Chi Weiran relayed in detail about the challenging fight against the demon in the Black Void chamber of the Dimensional prison. Hence, Chi Cheng was informed that Han Yongrui was involved in the demon's demise.

The former Celestial Beast tended to his sweet icicle, offering the Grandmaster sanctuary and reassurance in his arms.

"Ah-Xue, it's going to be ok," Chi Cheng promised with reason, softly stroking Han Xuelian's hair as he cradled him against his chest; both seated on the bed. "Han Yongrui and Han Yijun will be fine."

Although Chi Cheng sought to comfort Han Xuelian by assuring him Han Yongrui and Han Yijun would both be out of harm's way…that may not be the case for his eldest nephew.
