บท 11: Chapter 11: Giving A Lesson? Nah
Changing the setting, I directed the group towards the elites lounging room where we can discuss, and act freely without feeling restricted with the other not so close members of the Familia.
"Bastard, you didn't die in the dungeon yet?" With a snarky remark, a wolf eared grey haired beast man said.
"HAHAHA! So fiery Bete, we all you know you also miss our beloved 2nd in command White Flash." Slapping Bete's back, Garrett uproariously said garnering smirks in the group towards the tsundere lycanthrope.
"Bastard." Huffing Bete looked away from the group with tick marks on his forehead.
On my side the golden-haired beauty opened her mouth looked at my face and asked, "Aki where were you for the last 3 days?"
"We've been to the 56th floor without skipping a floor, yet we didn't see a single indication that you've been in the dungeon." With laced skepticism in her voice, an emerald haired elven beauty looked at me with suspicion.
"Rivera you know me, you won't see a trace of my shadow if I want to go to any part in the tower." Showing her a gentle smile, I easily shrugged off her suspicion.
Still looking at my face with not so convinced face, she shook her head, and changed the subject.
"Finn is in his office handling the documents from the last expedition, so he's not here. The rest of the girls are taking a bath with the amazon twins, else there'll be already a ruckus here."
"I'll be checking they're improvements later." Thinking about the two spartan-like amazon twins I shook my head and smiled wryly.
"Heh, you'll be lucky if in the next hour they won't find you. They're like beastmen when it came to you, they can smell you like a dog whenever you come back." Looking happy over my plight, Bete said.
"Aki, fight." With pump fists, Ais with battle intent surrounding her body looked at my direction and also asked for a spar.
"Kek." Bete looking more amused snorted with a grin plastered on his normally scowling face.
Loki, looking at the amusing, and warm atmosphere sight in front of her couldn't help but remember when he first saw Aki Yuuki.

It's when the group just came back from an expedition inside the tower, feeling happy about their group harvest, and are just about to celebrate in a pub.
Loki as usual sexually harassing her Familia members, caressing the lithe figures of her cute group of girls walking towards the Hostess of Fertility their favorite pub, noticed a 12-13 kid looking at their group with glimmer in his eyes.
"Watcha' looking at brat?" Bete, seeing a kid in front of him, and seeing his pure eyes just like his back when he was still in his first Familia, evoked his memories, he immediately snarked at the kid.
"Bete stop, what is it young man?" Finn a golden hair pallum with his distinct small stature asked the kid in front of him.
Looking directly in the eyes of Loki, since the boy noticed the divine aura of the goddess, and it's first time seeing one in this world, he asked, "Do you know a Goddess named as Bastet?"
Seeing the serious looking face of the young kid, and hearing his question, she raised an eyebrow going back to her memories looking for the name of Bastet.
Shaking her head, she answered the boy as it's an answer that any God or Goddesses can answer, "No there's no God or Goddess that goes by the name Bastet, that I know of here in Orario."
Looking at the downtrodden face of the young man evoked sympathy from the group of adventurers.
A golden-haired young girl that looked like the same age of the young boy came forward, looked at the boy and opened her tiny mouth, "You are also lost, join our Famila."
"Bah! Don't just invite him like that, we don't take weak losers in." Bete ticked, that Ains just invited a stranger to their Familia, rudely commented.
Smack*
Slapping Bete's back, a dwarf reprimanded the lycanthrope, "That's no way at cheering up the young lad."
Ains, also a bit riled up, raised her cute fists, and said, "Fight, bad wolf."
Now don't make no mistake as even though the petite cute figure looked frail, she is a proud level 3 adventurer that's already making noise in the big town of Orario and can fight monsters that are thrice the size of her small body.
Aki Yuuki, still feeling downtrodden about hearing that there's no information of her Goddess in this town and feeling the superior suppressed divinity from the Goddess in front of him, and compared with the others that he can feel, he immediately surmised that with her status, if she doesn't know Bastet it's also unlikely that others know her.
When he heard Bete bad mouth him for no reason, it irked him especially that he just received the information that it's more than likely that his Goddess isn't in this world.
"It's not like you're anything much yourself." Muttering in low voice he snidely remarked, thinking on leaving for another world.
"What did you just say you bastard?" With the hearing of a lycanthrope, he managed to overhear the low mutter of Aki, and immediately flared up.
Raising an eyebrow, the white-haired young boy looked at the lycanthrope seemingly a little bit surprised that his low muttering got overheard.
With a glimmer in his sapphire eyes, he repeated what he just said with an amused look on his face, "I said you're nothing yourself, and you had the gall to badmouth others."
"Ok, that's it, you brat." Still not getting over the lost of his last Familia, he decided to beat the shit out of the brat for a lesson.
"Bete, don't." Riveria incensed that one of their Familia members is about to attack a defenseless young boy, tried to stop the wolf-eared lycanthrope, but with a hand stopping her, she looked at her Goddess, and looked with a face that says 'why'?
"I can feel a strong aura from the young boy, and if he got beaten it'll teach him a lesson of humility. I can also feel that he'll not fall down that easily." Squinting her eyes, she said with a flat smile on her face.
Also hearing Loki's explanation, Ains with a rare face of concern on her face looked at the battle that's about to commence with her cute pumped cute fists.
"I'll teach you a lesson." Closing the distance with a quick dash he readied his fist and decided to give the arrogant brat a punch.
Seeing the incoming punch his way, the white-haired boy diverted the aim of the punch with a hit on the lycanthropes arm with his palm veering the direction of the punch.
Bete surprised at the quick reflex of the brat, decided to take the notch up with his attack, moving his leg, with a quick swing, he delivered a powerful kick on the side of the kid.
Confronting the kick, the young man, with his one palm outstretched, and another palm on the side of his body, he executed a swift body rotation swing with his palm in 360 degrees, and an other worldly footwork, directing the power to his palm aiming towards the incoming kick.
*Swooosh!
Dirt, and dust generated from the Palm technique of the young boy, making the onlookers not be able to see clearly.
With the dust dispersing what the Loki Familia saw was Bete slowly walking backwards, with the young boy standing straight looking at Bete with disdain.
Kneeling down, Bete spurted a mouthful of blood, with bruises on his face, arms, and legs looking completely beaten.
"Bete!"
"Wolfie!"
With serious faces they came to look at the condition of the wolf-eared lycanthrope, looking very worried.
"I did not injure him badly; he'll just need 3 weeks of rest." Looking at the wary gazes heading his way, and worried faces towards their Familia member, the white-haired young man said, and decided to go back to his world to rest.
"You're strong, join our Familia." With a tug of his sleeve, the blonde girl who invited him earlier asked again.
"Didn't you saw that I hurt your friend just now? Why are you still inviting me?" With incredulous look on the young mans face, he asked the petite figure who looks hell bent on making him join her Familia.
"He deserves it, and I know you are also lost."
"So, join our Familia, we'll help you look for your Goddess." With a serious look on the cute golden-haired girl, she once again, asked me to join her.
"Sorry but no." Wanting to get out of the situation the boy once again declined.
Slowly letting go of the boy's sleeve, the blonde-haired girl, Ais looked down, and with determination on her face she said in resolute voice, "I'll make you join our Familia."
Looking at the interaction of the two, the Loki Familia members had the face of incredulity, and surprised faces seeing their silent princess be proactive for the first time since they met her.
