บท 79: Trust me

Valerie sat on the terrace with Daniel, gazing at the scattered stars in the sky, making it look beautiful and lively.

Occasionally, Daniel yawned, unable to hide his drowsiness but trying to stay awake because he loved the stars too much.

"Dada..."

His attention shifted to the car entering the yard. "Dada... That's dada!" He immediately jumped off his mother's lap and ran towards the car.

"Daniel..." Valerie quickly followed Daniel with annoyance, her gaze fixed on Damian getting out of the car with his mother. 'What is this? Did he deliberately come with his mother to prevent me from getting angry at him? I guess nothing will change! A scoundrel remains a scoundrel?' she muttered irritably to herself.

"Hey, Dude..." Damian immediately picked up Daniel, then kissed his cheek. "I miss you so much!"

Daniel hugged his father's head with a smile. "Miss you!"
