บท 174: Eldoria's Monarch

Lumina and Valtara City are located inside Eldoria country, which has two governing bodies. 

One is the prime minister, managing the government's daily activity and acting as the face of the government. 

The other is the royalty, the real leaders of Eldoria country, led by King Epsilon. To some extent, the prime minister can make their own policy with approval from the public representatives called senators, but every major one will need approval from the King. 

And the King can overturn any decision if he wants to. But this almost never happens, making people think the King is only a mascot of the country.

"Did the king dare to voice his complaint to the Vatican?"

"Of course, if they don't have any strength backing them, the country won't survive. And it's not that simple, Malacai. 

If the Vatican ever made a move that made another country feel threatened, they would create an alliance to push them back. It has happened before."
