บท 93: Unreasonable

She smirked, feeling satisfied with the result. 

'Using the right posture to hit really gives out more damage,' she thought.

Davis and the other soldiers looked at Nerissa like she was a monster.

Through their interactions over the past few weeks, Davis couldn't believe Nerissa wasn't a witch; it wasn't something a normal human should be able to do.

The man's body flew through the air before crashing into the ground, rolling a few more times before it finally stopped. 

He could feel that a few of his ribs were now broken.

Nerissa turned her gaze to Davis, still not satisfied. 

She pointed at him. "You, come."

"Me!?" Davis looked at Malacai, hoping he would reject Nerissa's wish.

"Do it, but you should know if anything happens to her." 

Malacai then grinned. "I hope you will learn how to fight without hands then."

'What an unreasonable man,' Davis thought, but he knew he didn't have any choice in this.
