บท 25: CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE

Not having the willpower to think things through, I slump in bed. I could catch a moment of sleep and deal with my problems thereafter. But for now, I would suspend eating prepared meals till I'm sure it's just his mere suspicions.

There's a knock on the door.

"Who's that?" I try to be audible to the best of my ability.

"My lady, it's I, Sasha." She speaks up.

Does she ever wear herself out? "How may I be of help to you?"

"I brought your lunch. Can I come in?" She demands.

"Take it away. I'm not hungry." I remain curled up in bed.

Without arguing, she walks away with the food untouched. For one, I'm glad she's now conscious as to where her boundary stops. I won't have anyone make me feel uncomfortable in my space.
