"I'm sorry, I had some really important matters to deal with"

Said Hans, even if he was lying, it would've been better for Aiden to think that way instead of knowing he had been away for over a month just to read, otherwise he really might've thought that Hans had abandoned him.

"Nothing happened, it was just that my phone battery had run out.

But…. I'm sorry I haven't been able to spend the new year celebrations with you, and i also missed that party you talked about last time."

Aiden however, didn't seem troubled in the least about those things and was just happy that Hans had returned.

"No, you haven't missed it brother, it was postponed by a few weeks because a gate had broken out in the surroundings and some of the monsters had escaped.

Actually, the date's in three days, could you take me there?"

"Sure, I'll take you there and attend the party"

"Thank you brother"

"It's nothing really"
