Inside a white-themed luxurious hall, a group of old men sat across each other at a vast, oval blackwood table. 

The old men watched six young adventurers through a holographic screen as they battled a horrifying Abyssal Drake and a certain humanoid void creature.

"I believe Shye Crowley is ready to become a hero."

"Lord Belford, I recognize your desire for Valenzia to have its first hero. However, don't you think you're making this decision a bit too hastily? It gives the impression that you might be overzealous rather than thinking it through carefully."

"Barley, you dare call me crazy?!"

Two old men, who were both members of the WAA's board of directors, were in a disagreement. 

As it turned out, the directors from all ten regions were observing Shye and his party's progress, meaning that most of them already knew what happened to Koneko.
