Her thoughts even wandered to the fact that she hadn't eaten human flesh in days, though the hunger pangs weren't as excruciating as before. She felt Luna stir beside her, prompting her to sit up and look at her.

An annoyed expression crossed her face, her lips thinning as she waited—watching as Luna's eyes opened and a pleased smile spread across her face. Luna's smile grew even wider when she saw Lily's expression.

"Why, good morning, Lily. I hope you had a good night's rest, as I did," she said with a smirk.
