Tiona was now his woman, and the Gulliver Brothers had dared to encircle and attack her. Aston wasn't magnanimous enough to turn a blind eye. However, since they hadn't caused any actual harm to Tiona, Aston didn't deliver a fatal blow, merely inflicting severe injuries.
Had they actually harmed Tiona, Aston wouldn't have been lenient just because they were members of the Freya Familia. His 'Instant Kill' attack would have ended them on the spot.
This scene left everyone present profoundly shaken, speechless for a long time. Even Finn and Ottar were no exception.
Facing the Gulliver Brothers' assault, even Finn couldn't guarantee a 100% chance of victory. And while Ottar could indeed defeat the Gulliver Brothers, it wouldn't be as effortless as Aston made it seem. "So this is why Freya-sama took an interest in him!" Allen, commented with a solemn expression.
Facing Aston's mysterious and unfathomable attack, which was utterly inscrutable, Allen was extremely wary. He surmised that if he were to confront Aston, he might end up like the four fools below.
"This half-elf, is he the one Freya-sama is interested in?" Allen pondered, noting Aston's unique aura.
The black and white elves also fixed their gaze on Aston. From their arrival, their attention had never left him. Aston's aura was so distinctive that they felt an intense fondness for him at first glance, harboring no thoughts of opposition and instead feeling a desire to protect him.
Meanwhile, at the Loki Familia's side, rather than focusing on Aston like Ottar and others, their attention turned to Tiona. Aston's earlier words had already hinted at the reason for his intervention with the Gulliver Brothers.
"A-ha-ha, why are you all looking at me like that?" Tiona, despite her bold nature, felt a bit embarrassed under her companions' gaze, scratching her head and laughing awkwardly.
"Tiona, when did you win over Aston?" Gareth, curious, inquired. He was convinced that Aston wouldn't have drawn his sword against Freya Familia, the most prominent Familia in Orario, if Tiona hadn't won him over.
"It happened during our last expedition in the Dungeon," Tiona responded openly to Gareth's question.
"Impressive," Finn commented in admiration. He hadn't expected Tiona to subtly win over Aston in just a few expeditions.
The others were also visibly surprised by Tiona's capability and stared at her in awe. However, their gaze soon returned to Aston on the ground.
"Ottar, Allen, Hogni, Hedin, do you want to take them on?" Aston then raised his head, addressing Ottar and others on the rooftop in a calm tone. He didn't wish to antagonize the Freya Familia, but if they intended to avenge the Gulliver Brothers, Aston was ready to confront them, even if he wasn't their match, and would even unleash his full power if necessary.
"No, no need," Ottar replied with unparalleled composure and a steady demeanor, politely declining Aston's challenge.
"Thank you, Aston-san. We have no intention of fighting you," Hogni and Hedin said, exchanging a glance. Then, with a respectful gesture, they acknowledged Aston's prowess.
They were uncertain about Aston's exact status, but they could feel that his presence was significantly superior to theirs, even evoking an involuntary desire to treat him with respect and courtesy.
This reaction was something they had not experienced even in the presence of the royal princess, Riveria.
Although the reason was unclear, it didn't hinder them from following their instincts.
"Tsk," the Allen snorted disdainfully at Aston's challenging gaze. He leapt down from the roof and approached Aston. Just when everyone thought Allen was preparing to confront Aston, he unexpectedly turned towards two of the Gulliver Brothers incapacitated by Aston, kicking them up and hoisting them over his shoulder.
"Leave the other two to you," Allen said to Ottar and others after picking up two of the warriors. He then swiftly departed the scene.
Ottar also jumped down, taking charge of the remaining two Gulliver Brothers.
"Let's have a spar sometime," Ottar invited Aston for a friendly duel before leaving.
"Aston-san, we shall take our leave," Hogni and Hedin also respectfully bowed again before quickly departing.
Once all the Freya Familia members had left, Finn and others from Loki Familia also descended. Marie, too, jumped down from the rooftop and scurried behind Aston, peeping cautiously from behind him at Finn and others.
"It seems your aura truly is mysterious. Those two didn't show me the same respect as they did with you," Riveria said to Aston, noting the unusual deference shown by Hogni and Hedin.
"I didn't expect that either," Aston replied with a slight smile.
At this moment, Tiona no longer hid her feelings, rushing into Aston's arms with a beaming smile.
"Thanks, Aston," she said, nestling against his chest.
Observing this scene, Finn, Gareth, and Riveria shared a knowing smile.
"It looks like the Loki Familia and the Hestia Familia can form an alliance now," Finn suggested with a smile, looking at Aston.
"An alliance, huh? That could work. Let Hestia-sama and Loki discuss it."
