"Sir, please take off your hat." A guard at the train station stopped Lua and Kate. Lua complied, but Kate didn't considering she wasn't called out to. Lua did so, showing his hair which was now dyed brown. The guard looked down at the rough drawing of the criminal Lua, and then back up to him, then pointed to the train. "You're free to go."
"Thank you." Lua put his bowler hat back on. He had prepared a disguise beforehand just in case news of the assault got out quicker than they were able to leave the country. By tradition, he dyed the most important feature of his, the golden colour hair. Luckily, it was enough to confuse most people.
Kate hadn't prepared any disguise. If the guard had asked her to take off her hat that covered most of her face, they may have been in great trouble. But luckily, the arrest warrant specifically pointed out that Kate and Lua were travelling in a group.
