Before they left, Sanya, blushing, asked Clara for a charcoal pencil. She had seen the embroidered bellyband Clara made and wanted to try it herself.
Clara readily agreed and gave her a pencil. As the wolf girls left, Mateo returned, and Clara observed their achievements for the day.
Before they reached the door, Mateo also came back, and the bell outside rang pleasantly. The three young girls saw Mateo, giggled shyly, and ran away playfully.
Behind Mateo, Henry stood at the door, watching the departing figures. He had a silly smile on his face.
"What are you looking at?" Mateo patted Henry's shoulder.
Blushing, Henry shook his head and said, "I'm not looking at anything!" Then, with a pained expression, he pleaded, "Brother, help me out! This big rock is really too heavy."
Upon hearing the voice, Clara came out and saw Mateo and Henry lifting a heavy iron stone.
