When they reached the doorstep, Mateo reluctantly released Clara, his hand still on her skin, unwilling to let go.

"Hurry back! The soup that I prepared for you might be eaten by someone else, and also, fix the house soon. It's better for you to come back earlier," Clara said, lowering her voice. In these past few days, she hadn't been able to sleep soundly without Mateo by her side.

After Mateo carried Clara into the house and before leaving. As he departed, he whispered in Clara's ear, "Cla, you look really good in these clothes."

Feeling sweet inside, Clara thought, "Well, women likes to be praised." In front of the house, water had turned into a river. Mateo followed the path back home.
