บท 34: Chapter 34: There's a Female Beast!

The peach blossoms are in full bloom, and it's almost May. The weather will get hotter soon, and animal skin clothes can no longer be worn for long. A few days ago, after retting and degumming, some linen was almost done and soaked in bamboo tubes. During the day, Clara took the bamboo tube to the stream and washed away the wood, so that what was left was flax fiber, which could be twisted and weaved. 

The cleaned flax fibers were soft and strong. However, the amount she processed was only enough to weave fabric for two sleeves. She needed to find more in the forest, and Clara arrived early at the creek. Soon, several female beast arrived, and she could hear the voice of Gloria from afar.

"Clara! What are you washing?" Gloria jumped onto a nearby rock, curious about what Clara held in her hands.
