บท 45: BLAME IT ON THE COMMONER

*** Many days ago ***

Amelia shut the door to her room with a loud bang, her teeth chattering from the cold having only just returned home.

She couldn't believe she had to board a taxi and wait for several minutes for the smelly vehicle to arrive! 

He didn't even let her take her coat to shield her from the cold! And why? Because of some filthy commoner!

Amelia felt insulted. After taking a warm shower, she stepped out of the bathroom in fresh clothes.

Walking to her expensive-looking dressing mirror, she stared at her reflection with pursed lips. Her eyes were swollen and red from how much she cried. Remembering what happened left her completely embarrassed.
