Then Sico said hello to her and introduced Nora to her, Piper said that she needed their help to go inside because the mayor actually told the security to not let her go inside. After some role-playing with Piper to trick Danny into opening the door, the door was open and they went inside.

When they got inside, they met Mayor McDonough who was angry seeing Piper come into Diamond City and said that her newspaper was full of dishonesty.

Mayor Mcdonough: "Piper who letting you in!? You devious rabble rousing slanderer! The dishonesty of your newspaper is very bad! I have that printer scrapped!."

Piper: "Oh is that a threat Mcdonough? The tyrant mayor shut down the press. Why don't we ask them, do you guys support the news? Because the mayor threatened to throw free speech into the dumpster."

Nora: " I always believe in the freedom of the press."

Sico: "Same with her."

Mayor Mcdonough: "Oh no no no, please don't listen to her ramble. Now what do you guys need in the Diamond City."

Nora: "I want to find my son Shaun, he is less than one year old."

Piper: "Wait your son is missing? Oh, you hear that Mcdonough? Is the Diamond City security going to help this woman, huh? This isn't the first missing person report to come through here and now we have an infant who has been taken."

Mayor Mcdonough: "Oh please don't listen to her, even though the Diamond City security can not help you. I assure you that there must be someone who is capable of helping you to find your son."

Nora: "In that case as the mayor, you must have known someone who can help me."

Mayor Mcdonough: "Well there is some kind of private detective named Nick Valentine you can find him."

Piper: "This is really ridiculous, Diamond City security can not spare just one man to help? I want the truth Mcdonough, what is the reason the security never investigated?."

Mayor Mcdonough: "I had enough of this Piper, consider that you and your little sister of yours are on notice."

Piper: "Yeah keep talking Mcdonough, that's all you good for."

Mayor Mcdonough: "Hmph!."

Piper: "I'm impressed, there's no one who can get information from that the tight lip of Mayor Mcdonough. Look I have to get going now, but um stop by my office later. I have an idea for an article you be perfect for. Oh and nice to meet you and you to Sico."

Nora: "Well what a strong woman."

Sico: "That is Piper's personality, let's stop by there later after we find this Nick Valentine let's go in."

After that Sico and Nora went inside the stadium, Nora was amazed by the view when she got inside. Nora saw a real civilization and people who trying to survive in this apocalypse world. Then Sico and Nora went to the marketplace and asked around for the bane Nick Valentine.

After they got an answer from Arturo, Sico and Nora went to the back alley and spotted a sign showing the office of Detective Nick Valentine. So they went there and went inside the place, when they got inside they saw a woman who didn't have any energy while working.

Woman: "Oh I'm sorry but the office is closed."

Nora: "What? We just got here, please can we see the detective it doesn't take much time."

Ellie: "Before that my name is Ellie, well you can because Nick has been missing for the last couple of days."

Sico: "So that's why you say you are closed, how about let me help you find the detective and as the reward we want you guys to help us in return."

Ellie: "You really do that?."

Nora: "Of course, we are, can you tell us where he was going before he went missing."

Ellie: "He went to Park Street Station because he got a job to find the daughter who ran away from her home. I will mark the place on your map but please be careful while you go there because you will pass the combat zone."

Nora: "Combat zone?."

Ellie: "Yes that place is dangerous because there are many raiders in there."

Sico: "Okay then Ellie, thank you for the information now we shall go to find Nick."

Then Sico and Nora went out from the place and Diamond City and went to Park Street Station to find Nick Valentine. On the way, they pass through the Combat Zone because from the map it will be shorter than turning around it.

So they pass through there and fight many raiders along the way, well most of the raiders are easily killed by them and some of them need more time. After that, they finally arrived at Park Street Station, and then they went inside the station to find Nick.

When they got inside, they saw there was a group of people and a ghoul who talking to each other and mentioning Nick's name. So they know that they went to the right place and Nick must be captured or killed by them.

So they approach the group and want to talk to them but when they see Sico and Nora, they start shooting at them. Because they are attacked by them, Sico and Nora quickly return firing at them.

After some gunfighting, Sico and Nora finally kill the last man and when on deeper into the station to find Nick. When they went deeper, they met the same people who grouped with the previous people whom they had killed so they started attacking them until the last one died.

When they followed the railroad, they spotted three people guarding an entrance to a vault with a number of 114. Then they killed the people who guarded the door, then opened the vault door using the pib boy they had.

After the door opened, they went inside the vault and killed people who stood in their way until they found Nick inside the vault. Then after going deeper into the vault, they finally arrived someplace and saw a man talking to someone who was answering him through the glass.

Sico and Nora think that Nick must be the man who talking behind the glass, so they go up and kill the man who talking to Nick then Sico opens the door through the terminal after that they go inside.

Nick: "So you guys must be my Knight in shining armor, what old Nick can help you guys with?."

Nora: "So you are really Nick, but you look different. Well, that doesn't matter Ellie sent us to find you, she worries that you don't come back over the last couple of days."

Nick: "Really? Ellie sent you guys here? Then she really deserves a raise. Now let's get out of here, follow me we talk more when we get out of this place."

After that Sico and Nora follow Nick to get out of the vault, along the way they meet some people who stand in their way but they are easily dealt with by the three of them. Nick told them that this place was for the Skinny Malone mafia crew, went Nick arrived there to get the daughter who ran away from home, and then turned out she was Skinny Malone's new girlfriend so he got captured and locked in the overseer's room.

After they finally arrived at the last door that made them come out from the vault, Nick picklock the last door and told them to be ready because there was someone on the other side of the door.

After they went through the door? They saw four people pointing at them with a machine gun and baseball bat.

Skinny Malone: "This end here Nick."

Nick: "No Malone, I never got into this mess if not because of your girlfriend."

Marla: "You should have just killed him Malone, look now he killed many of your men."

Skinny Malone: "Don't worry Marla, Skinny Malone get everything under control."

Nora: "Marla why don't you get out of this place before something happens to you."

Marla: "You.. You were right, what have I done? Malone this is a goodbye for us."

Skinny: "Marla where are you going?."

Marla: "Home Malone, where I should be."

Skinny Malone: "Nick look what have your men done after they cost me, my men, now they cost me, my girl?!."

Nick: "Well you have a very poor taste in women Malone, now please let us go."

Skinny: "Hmm…. Fine but I give you a countdown to ten, so one… two…"

Nick: "Let's go, guys, let's leave the place while we still have time."

Sico: "Don't we have to kill him? If we let him live, he will take revenge on us.

Nick: "Don't worry he doesn't have the guts to do it, let's go."

Then Sico and Nora follow Nick to get out of this place, and when they get out of the station they start talking to each other because the place is safe.

Nick: "So what do you guys want to find me for?."

Nora: "Nick I need your help to find my son Shaun who is less than a year old and has been kidnapped by some men."

Nick: "Hmm… okay but we will have this conversation at my office where it would be more suitable."

Nora: "Okay thank you, Nick."

Nick: "You welcome, I should thank you guys too for saving me from there. Now let's head back to Diamond City."

Nora: "Okay let's go."

After that they went on to Diamond City, when they arrived at the city it was already nighttime. So before they went to Nick's office, they went to eat some noodles at Takahashi. When they finish eating the noodles, they go to Nick's office to discuss Shaun's matter and see Ellie who is worried about Nick.
