Edward Wood instinctively felt that something was off when he saw the person in front of him.
People have an innate instinct to seek benefits and avoid harm, and despite the man's invincible handsomeness, there was something sinister about him that Edward knew he couldn't afford to provoke.
His voice also dropped as he simply asked, "Who are you?"
Ruffy Smith just smiled and said, "You don't need to worry about who I am. Are you an outsider? Don't you know what this place is?"
Just a broken-down village, right?
Edward said that sentence in his heart, yet as he looked into Ruffy Smith's dark eyes, he dared not speak it aloud, instead, he changed his words: "I don't know you. I'm here to find my sister, she lives here!"
From this, it was apparent that Edward Wood had indeed been spoiled to the point of recklessness since childhood.
Faced with someone as problematic as Ruffy Smith, most people would at least choose to back off.
He was hot-tempered, and a little over the top.
