The group of Ascendants from Pyrohaven, Glacierfell, Stormhaven, Terravale, and Duskridge continued their grueling battle in the Death Land, their strength and resolve being tested like never before.

As they fought, their astonishment and unease grew with the realization of the sheer number of their enemies. The undead beasts seemed to be endless, emerging from the shadowy corners of the land in overwhelming numbers.

Amidst the chaos of battle, a shocking revelation unfolded. Among the attacking creatures, they began to notice figures that were not just beasts but also other Ascendants. The most stunned among them were the Ascendants from Pyrohaven. They recognized the familiar suits and armor on some of the undead; these were their own comrades.
