บท 13: test ch 11
As soon as i woke up i was greeted with a warm brilliant light entering the window, when I rise up to my bed I quickly change my clothes and hurriedly went down stairs
"Good morning Kyle"
"Hey ichiro Good morning, you sleep like a log so didn't bother to wake you up"
"Ahh sorry about that I couldn't help with preparing the table"
"No worries, now sit down and the food will be ready"
After our Short conversation I then sat on an empty chair and eat the food that was presented before me
"Slow down ichiro, this is not a race so don't eat to fast"
"Sorry Kyle, it's just I became more hungrier than usual"
"Hahaha. Maybe because you are always training so it's understandable that you end up more hungrier than you normally used to be"
Kyle then seated in the chair in front of me, and he wore a serious expression, which I noticed Instanly, and I inquire him of what's wrong
"Is there something wrong Kyle, you seems to be more quieter than usual"
"Ahh, I'm alright ichiro"
After our small chat I then continue to eat the food, but before I could do that, Kyle started to talk, which prompt me to looked at him
"Ichiro there's something I need to tell you, for the past 3 year's now, you've already learned everything from me be it fighting, using weapons or hand to hand combat, I've already teach you everything I know, And that's why I will test you to see if you truly have improved, since demonstrating all you learn into fighting is better than showing it to me, once your done eating meet me outside"
After Kyle said those words he then stood to his seat and go outside
As we were outside, I saw Kyle holding a weapon, and as for me I bring my solid strike cleaver
"Remember ichiro, this is a test that will determine if you've become strong or not, so don't hold back"
As Kyle said this he then readied himself, and in an instant he appeared in front of me, knowing this I just step to my side, but to my surprise Kyle followed his attack with a left punch which caught me by surprised
'Whoa I didn't expect that so he purposely use his body to block my view to prepare for another attack, good one Kyle'
After the surprised attack I then jump back to gain some space between us
"What's the matter ichiro, why do you keep dodging this is a test so fight back and why do you have to retreat so far away, you're like 15 meters away from me"
As Kyle is shouting at ichiro, and complaining why does he have to jump back so far
"Sorry about that Kyle"
"What's that I can't hear what you-"
Before Kyle could finish his sentence he was greeted by a sword through his neck, which he quickly evade thanks to his years of experience in fighting, he then back away and was surprised by how fast is ichiro was
'he covered a 15 meters distance in over 1 second, he's faster than I expected, I guess it's time to get serious then'
Kyle then release his cursed energy and quickly cover his body with it, and in contrast to he's expectations ichiro only use cursed energy Inside his body
'thanks to my cursed energy manipulation, I can now cover the inside of my body and enhanced every part of my it'
After a few seconds of standing both of us then rushed at each other and to ichiro's surprised, Kyle was able to keep up with he's attack
'Oh, as expected of Kyle'
As ichiro started to get serious Kyle quickly notice that ichiro's attack have becoming more and more faster
'damn! He's attacks have gotten more faster and not only that the force behind he's attack is nothing to scoffed at either'
As Kyle was surprised by ichiro's strength, ichiro then uses this chance to get behind Kyle and deliver a downward slash but to ichiro's surprise he's blade met only the air and Kyle was seen dodging the attack and is now ready to counter attack until ichiro disappear in front of him and reappear behind his back once again but this time the sharp edge of ichiro's blade was coated in blood, and to Kyle's astonishment he saw his arms and legs received a shollow cuts
(A/N sorry I'm just that bad on describing how they fight
"Huff..huff, you've gotten much stronger than me ichiro, I'm proud of you"
"Thanks, but as I am now I won't be able to protect the people I care about"
'after all I'm just an ant compared to gojo and sukuna, that's why I need to become stronger so that I could save the people I care about'
(A/N urrghhh😒😒, writing this is sooo cliche, I hate this kind of MC, but I need a reason for him to get stronger so it can't be helped I guess
"Haha, you're so humble ichiro even though you're now stronger than a first grade sorcerer you didn't let your ego consume you, that's the right mindset, be humble and do not underestimate your opponent, understood "
"Yes!!"
"Haha, good now let go back, I need to take care of my injuries"
"Ahh, sorry about that Kyle, I end up hurting you"
As I was apologizing about what happened to his injuries, Kyle just shrugged it off and just ruffles my hair saying
"It's alright, I know you didn't mean it, and beside if you really intend to hurt me you would've gave me a deeper cut than a shollow one, so don't blame yourself alright"
"Alright, I won't"
"Good, that's the spirit"
As we went home we saw Will's car parking outside the house and when we enter the house we were greeted by Will holding a bottle of champagne and some food on the table, as both of us wore a baffled expression Will then proceed to explain the reason for this sudden visit, apparently he will be getting married and that's the reason why the sudden visit
"Ohh I see congratulations Will, I'm so happy for you"
"Thanks Kyle"
"Congrats sir Will"
"Thank you as well ichiro, now let's eat and drink to our hearts contents, but not you ichiro you can just eat the food since you're still a kid"
"Okay"
' even though I'm old inside but in their eyes I'm still a kid, sigh, maybe I should train for another months and start my shikigami conquest so that would make my life more interesting'
(A/N hi guys once again sorry if I'm bad at describing how they fight as I don't know any fancy words you see, but I'll try my best to learn new words so that in the near future I could give you guys a more detailed fights 😁😁
