บท 75: Mates or mere coincidence

Aiden POV

Marshal was late for an important meeting with the press. I felt like killing him when he informed me he was late because he was out rescuing a girl.

"Where is she?!!." I asked Marshal with a harsh tone.

He opened the door, and immediately a scent, a fascinating smell hit my nose, I looked up at the girl he brought in. I was beyond shocked, I couldn't speak or move.

She's a light-skinned girl, with big brown eyes and scarlet lips. I heard her speak in a mesmerising voice.

'What's wrong with me?!!.' I scolded myself.

I watched as Marshal spoke to her calmly, she was hurt!!. How could she be hurt this bad??, what happened??.

Marshal offered to get her something to drink. Once he was out of the room, I saw her move her head and her eyes fell on me. It was like a spell had been cast on me. I couldn't react, move or speak.
