"Gaidaz, your most important task now is to lead the people of the Empty Island and help me build this ark as quickly as possible," Chen Fan ordered, addressing Gaidaz.

"Got it, Lord God King," Gaidaz replied obediently, although he had initially found Chen Fan to be a difficult personality to deal with. However, in the past 15 days, he had noticed that this new 'god' was highly involved in all aspects of the island, making important decisions himself.

The three high priests, who were previously considered equal to Gaidaz, now followed Chen Fan's orders, which made Gaidaz feel quite comfortable and content with the situation.

The following day, as the morning sun rose, Chen Fan was found in an open area, radiating the destructive power of the Thunder Fruit. He had been training in the use of this power for the past few days. His control had improved, but he realized that reaching a higher level of mastery would be a challenging endeavor.

Considering that Chen Fan had acquired the Thunder Fruit only 16 days ago, his progress had been remarkable. His innate physical strength played a significant role in harnessing this new power. However, he understood that he couldn't continue to train endlessly; there were other matters that demanded his attention.

Interrupting his training, Gaidaz appeared before Chen Fan, showing a little fear in his expression. He couldn't explain why he felt such a strong sense of oppression when around Chen Fan.

"Has the research been completed? How soon can the ark be built?" Chen Fan inquired, his tone stern.

Gaidaz answered slowly, "Lord God King, I consulted several shipbuilding experts on the island, and they estimate it will take at least two years to complete the construction of the ark."

Hearing this, Chen Fan's expression shifted. He had hoped to use the ark to leave the Empty Island, but a two-year timeline didn't align with his goals. He had learned from his six years of advancement in martial arts that continuous cultivation wasn't the only way to become stronger. Life-and-death battles and practical experience were crucial for rapid growth.

"Very well, I understand. I will be leaving the Empty Island for a while, perhaps a few months, or even years. During this time, you will have full control over the Empty Island. Remember, your top priority is to complete the construction of the ark. Understood?" Chen Fan instructed Gaidaz.

Gaidaz replied obediently, "Understood, Lord God King."

Although Gaidaz was puzzled by Chen Fan's decision to leave, he didn't dare to question it.

As for Chen Fan, he wasn't concerned about Gaidaz betraying him. Gaidaz would have to surpass him in strength to pose a threat, and the Empty Island lacked the necessary Haki training methods. This was why Anilu, despite having average physical skills, had become a god on the Empty Island.

Following this exchange, Chen Fan prepared to leave. With a flash of thunder, his entire body disappeared, leaving Gaidaz behind.

An hour later, the sun sank below the horizon. Chen Fan reappeared above the White Sea. The impact of his rapid descent had torn his flesh, but upon transforming into a thunder elementalization, he no longer felt the tearing sensation. Crossing the White Sea, he arrived in the skies above the Blue Sea.

Chen Fan gazed at the azure ocean and the endless horizon. He clenched his fists, surrounded by the crackling of thunder, determined to become the king of this world and wield supreme power.

The thunder flickered, and Chen Fan disappeared once again, leaving behind only a streak of blue light in the sky. A day later, he arrived on a pirate ship sailing toward the West Sea. Even with his power of the Thunder Fruit, navigating the endless sea without a clear destination was challenging.

Chen Fan had decided to find a navigator in the West Sea. After showcasing his strength, he easily secured a spot on the ship, serving as the captain of the combat team. However, the entire pirate group consisted of only fifteen people, including Chen Fan. Their captain had survived an encounter with the Navy, and the rest of the crew, including Chen Fan, were new recruits.

Throughout the day, Chen Fan engaged in continuous training, leaving the crew members astounded by his dedication. While he paused to eat, he spent the remaining time diligently improving his abilities.

However, their peaceful day took a sudden turn when the lookout spotted a massive, luxurious warship on the horizon. The captain and the navigator were both alarmed by the sight. The pirates felt a growing sense of panic.

Among the crew, only Chen Fan maintained his composure, observing the approaching warship with a calm expression. The crew members urged their captain for a course of action.

"Quickly turn the ship around and retreat at full speed," their captain ordered. In a rush, their small pirate ship, featuring a flag with a giant bull, changed course to evade the approaching warship. Unfortunately, the warship was faster than they had anticipated and quickly closed in.

Chen Fan watched the situation unfold, but rather than panicking, he maintained his poise.

"Captain, what should we do now? The warship is closing in," the navigator asked Aidra, a tinge of anxiety in his voice.

The rest of the pirates, too, were terrified at the sight of the massive warship. They were well aware that their small crew stood no chance against such a formidable opponent.

Aidra, who initially felt relief upon finding Chen Fan, quickly experienced a fresh wave of anxiety. The navigator's question put him in a difficult spot.

However, before he could come up with a plan, the green-haired crew member spoke up nervously. "Captain, look, a warship has appeared in front of us."

This announcement caught Aidra's attention, and he looked over in alarm. Another warship had materialized ahead, and it was rapidly approaching their location.

"Captain, what are we going to do now? It seems the warship is coming toward us," the navigator questioned in desperation.

The pirates were gripped by panic, realizing the dire situation they were in. The approaching warship was much larger and more powerful than their vessel.

Chen Fan, who had been training, ceased his exercises and observed the unfolding scenario with a calm and collected demeanor. The situation was becoming increasingly tense, but he had no intention of revealing his true strength just yet.

As the pirate ship tried to turn away from the first warship, it found itself trapped between the two approaching vessels. The crew members were becoming increasingly agitated, aware that their options were rapidly diminishing.

The captain was caught in a dilemma, unsure of how to navigate this perilous situation.
