Had asked his team to obtain the CCTV footage from that day three times already, but they kept refusing. They only agreed to verify that Roger was booked in hotel that day and refused to give any more information.

It was rather annoying, but Edric understood it was due to the policies, so he backed down. But now, he needed to have something to verify Loreen's claims. 

Edric would need it for those who knew about this to prove that Loreen was innocent.
