THE TRIAL

Lily shivered as she stood in the center of the platform. Today was the trial, she looked at the werewolf council who was there to condemn her and take her away.

Most of them didn't even care about the crimes she had committed. All they cared about was that she was Ryder's little sister and punishing her would hurt him.

The council hated Ryder, they hated the fact that he was the most powerful and richest Alpha in the region. The fact that he didn't care about their council or fear them. They hated that he had declined their invitation to join them.

She glanced at the rest of the people on the platform with her. Ryder, her big brother who she had hurt his feelings with her lies had come to help her.

Lavender, her big brother that she had tormented during his childhood and made him leave home had come to help her.
