บท 38: 38 Kisses and Caresses

Kayla's POV

The car came to a smooth stop in front of Westminster Mansion. Daisy, exhausted from the long day, had already fallen asleep. I began to undo her seatbelt, intending to wake her up, but my hand was gently held back by Harrison.

Harrison extended a finger and gestured for silence. Then he took off his coat, indicating that I should hold onto it. I dumbfoundedly accepted Harrison's coat and watched as he carefully picked up Daisy, who was sound asleep, and got out of the car.

I followed Harrison, moving through the front gate and garden until we reached the entrance hall.

"Thank you for bringing us back. I will take her now." I extended my arms toward Harrison, attempting to take Daisy from him.

However, Harrison ignored my words. He casually glanced at me and focused on the door lock, calmly saying, "How much longer are we going to stand here?"

Feeling helpless, I took out the key and opened the door. Harrison followed me inside.
