Eight months passed since the two new pills were created. Blanc ordered the Resonance Alchemist Association to produce as many of the new pills as possible.

Due to the efficiency of Blanc's subordinates and the high mastery of their crafts, there were massive developments in not only Resonance City but also in all of the territories under Blanc's control.

First of all, the two towns have grown enough to be called cities, hence, Blanc called the city near the small valley as "Glen City" and the other one is called "Echo Bluffs City".

Although these two cities were still a bit underdeveloped when compared to Resonance City, they weren't that far off.

Due to everyone's hard work, more and more people started to learn about an "upcoming kingdom" in the gloomy plains.

The rumors state that the upcoming kingdom is like the kingdom that everyone was dreaming of.

A wise, compassionate, and strong king, a mighty army that can protect everyone, low taxes compared to other kingdoms, citizens living a borderline luxurious lifestyle, lots of job opportunities for everyone, and a high salary that puts the most prominent Chambers of Commerces to shame.

At first, the people who heard it from other kingdoms were skeptical since the rumors were too good to be true but as time passed, more and more testimonies from the relatives of the citizens living in the said "upcoming kingdom" came out.

Due to this, the people from other kingdoms chose to take a risk and see what was so different about the new upcoming kingdom.

The less intelligent but more willing to gamble ones immediately packed up their things, left their home, and tried to look for the capital city in the gloomy plains in hopes of living there.

In contrast, the more intelligent ones chose to visit and stay there for a few days first to see what it's like before deciding to settle there.

As a result, Blanc now has around 170,000 citizens distributed all across the territories under his control and it was becoming harder and harder for him to manage everything alone.

Still, he knew that he had to persevere through the tough times until he managed to establish a new order.

Fortunately for him, the batch of new trainees from Resonance City and the Dumont Dukedom had already graduated.

They now had 19,250 men scattered all over the territories under Blanc's control.

In addition to this, military strength is now one of Blanc's top priorities so he upgraded the training field inside the city, built new ones outside Resonance City, built new ones in the new surrounding cities and towns, and ordered Helena to upgrade the training ground inside the Forest of Echoes as well.

Since they now had extremely spacious training grounds with state-of-the-art training equipment, Blanc didn't hesitate to spend a huge chunk of their funds to recruit 20,000 warrior trainees.

In order to train the battalion commanders, they were assigned to different training grounds.

For example, Alexander was tasked to be the drill master inside Resonance City's training grounds while Sabre was responsible for the one in Glen City.

Helena was assigned to the elites' training ground inside the Forest of Echoes because there were lots of dangerous monsters there so she had to make sure that nothing happened to the elites.

Meanwhile, Chairwoman Adelaine is going crazy inside her office while ruffling her hair.

"Big bro!!! How will I get this amount of money in such a short time?!

Adelaine complained but she knew that Blanc was doing everything he could for all of them so she didn't blame him for the huge expenditures.

Blanc has been spending too much lately in preparation for the future wars so she had no choice but to work her ass off to not only earn back the money that they spent but also to earn more in the future.

Fortunately for her, there were now at least five master craftsmen, and due to their constant brainstorming and some occasional theoretical blueprints from Blanc, they managed to create new products that would make life convenient for everyone.

Some of them already exist in the market but are sold for an exorbitant price while some of them are completely new.

One of the products recently launched into the market by Adelaine was a completely new one which would cause huge waves in the field of transportation.

It had three wheels, two at the back and one in the front. In addition to this, there was a driver's seat in front while the back can accommodate up to three passengers.

The craftsmen called it the "Tri-wheeled Transporter" and it can travel as fast as a horse depending on the strength of the driver's legs since it runs using pedals.

Although it was a bit tiring compared to simply sitting in a horse carriage, the maintenance for the Tri-wheeled transporter is very cheap compared to a horse carriage and it was designed for both rough terrains and smooth roads.

In addition to this, the initial cost to buy a Tri-wheeled transporter is way cheaper compared to buying a small horse carriage.

Lastly, it had the advantage of being available whenever you needed to make a quick trip to another city or town since horse carriages had schedules and if you missed the schedule, you had to walk towards your destination.

Overall, it was very convenient compared to a horse carriage so it immediately became a hit not only in Resonance City and the Dumont Dukedom but also in the surrounding kingdoms.

Because of Adelaine's hard work, the Resonance Chamber of Commerce is now famous in the entire region and the consumers mostly choose to buy their products rather than purchase from the prominent brands.

This is because their products were not only way cheaper than other brands, but they were also of very high quality and didn't break easily.

If there were any regrets and disadvantages that the consumers could say about the Resonance brand, it was that they only had a few kinds of items for sale.

This was understandable though since they were only in operation for a few years compared to the prominent brands which had already been established hundreds of years ago.
