Chu Molin opened his mouth and gently bit down on Qin Xue's finger with his teeth.
He pulled her hand away from covering his mouth, lightly kissed her palm, and then said:
"Xue'er, before I met you, I used to live only for my mother. After meeting you, I want to live for myself. I want to hold your hand and grow old together with you, and I only want to be with you until we're white-haired." Chu Molin looked at Qin Xue and earnestly told her what he wanted.
Qin Xue's tears flowed down her cheeks and dripped onto the man's hand. Her tears fell one by one on his hand, but it was his heart that felt the burning pain.
Chu Molin wiped away her tears with his finger, but more tears fell. He sighed, cupped her face and wiped away her tears one by one.
"Xue'er, don't cry. I want to see you smile, not cry. It hurts to see you unhappy," Chu Molin said, pressing his forehead against Qin Xue's.
