"Oh?"
Inside Mesektet, Ozymandias, seated on a golden throne, raised an eyebrow with a hint of interest on his face.
"So, this is Lancer of Black, Vlad III? Quite fascinating... But that gesture... Is it a provocation?"
"He simply wants to draw our attention to himself."
Nearby, Karna said in a calm tone.
"Hahaha, as expected of you, another pharaoh."
Ozymandias leaned on the throne's armrest, supporting his head with his hand, a slight curve appearing on his lips.
"Although he's an enemy, I appreciate such valor. In that case, let me personally test the weight of his determination."
He pressed his hand downward slightly, and scorching golden magical energy surged forth, rendering the entire flying ship a radiant golden hue, emitting infinite light and heat, like a slowly rising sun.
Just as Mesektet was about to unleash its firepower on the ground, several arrows suddenly soared into the air, precisely hitting Mesektet at speeds surpassing sound.
*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*
Thick smoke filled the air as several deafening roars echoed.
Ordinary arrows unleashed a power akin to anti-aircraft guns, violently shaking the entire ship and leaving several terrifying holes.
Seeing this, the face of Ozymandias instantly darkened, while his eyes brimmed with clear anger. Mesektet was his royal mount, a symbol of his pharaoh status, but now it was damaged to an extent akin to a direct insult to his face!
He was Ozymandias, the greatest king in Egyptian history, the king of all kings whom even the gods bowed to in acknowledgment. Anyone disrespectful to his royal mount had no fate other than death!
He shifted his gaze toward a towering figure on a small hill, resembling an iron tower.
"Ahh, so it's you, Archer of Black..." Ozymandias smirked slightly, a hint of mockery in his tone.
What a small world this was.
This man had taken down the Sphinxes he summoned before. Now, fate had brought them face to face again on the battlefield. Maybe it was fate playing its hand.
"I'll leave Lancer of Black to you, another pharaoh." Ozymandias raised his chin a bit. "I'm about to teach this so-called small fry a lesson."
"Don't underestimate him. According to the priest, Archer of Black might be the legendary Greek hero, Heracles. If you belittle him, you might pay a hefty price." Karna reminded while turning toward the exit of Mesektet. "And lastly, I'm not a pharaoh."
"Heh, a Greek hero?" Ozymandias chuckled coldly, watching Heracles bend his bow once again. "There's no room for heroes in the presence of the supreme king of kings!"
He waved his hand downward, and the scorching light covering the surface of Mesektet turned into countless raindrops of light, pouring down.
*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*
In an instant, the land around Heracles was completely covered, explosive sounds echoed successively, and the wave of air swept away an entire layer of ground.
"Hahahaha! Understand now? This is the glory of a pharaoh. Violators, there's only one outcome for you—death!" Ozymandias laughed heartily.
However, at that moment, nine dragon heads suddenly tore through the black smoke with a roar. These were dragon-shaped arrows of light, each radiating a pressure akin to that of divine beasts as if determined to pierce the sky, whistling toward the golden ship.
Sensing the terrifying power within these arrows, even Ozymandias couldn't help but narrow his eyes.
"By my command, no arrow shall approach Mesektet!"
Ozymandias quickly declared with a stern tone.
His 'Imperial Privilege' activated, and an invisible power quickly spread, instantly acting on the nine arrows, forcefully changing their direction and avoiding Mesektet.
But in the next moment, these nine dragon-shaped arrows, as if having a life of their own, actually turned back again.
From different angles, they finally hit Mesektet.
*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*
Each dragon-shaped arrow possessed a terrifying power comparable to a small nuclear bomb. The explosions created intense flashes and powerful flames, a terrifying mushroom cloud slowly rising, and the whole battlefield momentarily froze.
"Heh, Archer, no wonder." Vlad showed a faint smile on his face as he saw this scene.
"You'd better not be too happy yet, Lancer of Black."
A sudden voice and a ball of fire suddenly fell from the sky, hitting the ground in front of Vlad.
Bathed in the scorching flames was none other than Karna, appearing like a god descended.
"Our Rider is not inferior to yours at all."
Hearing that statement, Vlad raised an eyebrow, about to say something, when a deep and majestic voice suddenly echoed in his ears.
"Well done, the great hero of Greece! I underestimated you before, my apologies. As compensation, witness the glory of my unparalleled power that even the sun cannot match!"
"Look on my works, ye Mighty! And kneel before me! The sun descends here, in our unlimited brilliance! Ramesseum Tentyris!"
An indescribable amount of magical energy instantly gathered and a violent scorching wind swept the land. In the gaze of countless eyes, a massive pyramid materialized in the void and descended upon the earth.
Its scale far exceeded all existing pyramids, leaving all those who witnessed it in awe.
"Hey, hey! Are you kidding me?!" Gordes couldn't help but spit out as he witnessed this ridiculous scene. "How many Noble Phantasms does that guy have?"
"Well, he is the greatest pharaoh of ancient Egypt, summoning pyramids is only natural." Roche shrugged.
"That thing is more than just a pyramid..."
Darnic spoke gravely as he looked at the pyramid towering like a mountain.
"Ozymandias built many temples in his lifetime and declared—'All temples exist for this body, past, present, and future.' In other words, that temple is essentially a combined structure of temples he built, like the Great Dendera Temple Complex and the Great Karnak Temple Complex."
"That Noble Phantasm manifests as the radiance of Pharaoh Ramesses II in the form of a Noble Phantasm." Fiore, in a wheelchair, added. "So, in a way, it can be seen as a Reality Marble. Although we don't know its specific effects, entering it casually might trigger some troublesome negative effects."
"But it doesn't look like something you can easily break from the outside, right?" Caules massaged his temples, somewhat troubled. "I think breaking this Noble Phantasm might be even harder than dealing with the one up there in the sky."
Fiore pursed her lips slightly, her gaze involuntarily falling on the three crimson command spells on her hand.
On the other side, Vlad looked at the enormous pyramid, a hint of seriousness in his eyes. Though he had anticipated that Rider of Red would be a powerful opponent, his power still exceeded his imagination.
If this were just an ordinary Holy Grail War, and Rider of Red possessed such power, he could easily bring the war to an end in the blink of an eye with little effort.
