Raditz's whole body was beginning to tremble as his Kaio-ken times 10 abuse began to take its toll. He knew that he was nearing his limits just keeping up with this monster, but he couldn't give up yet. The only person on this planet other than Frieza who was stronger than Raditz was Goku, and not only were their strengths comparable with each other, but Goku was currently injured. Raditz had no clue when his brother would be recovered enough to help him with the fight, and even if he could, he wouldn't end up helping much more than Raditz was. Frieza was just too strong.
That was why... "I can't allow you to win. Even at the cost of my own life, I will finish what my father started, right here and now! I will destroy you, Frieza! " Raditz shouted. "Shining Friday!" Ki gathered at the palm of Raditz's hand for a moment before appearing as a ball that fired at an incredible speed towards Frieza, leaving a trail of what seemed to be afterimages in its wake as it gathered speed and power with every moment.
Frieza took the hit, crossing his arms in front of his chest as it landed. For a moment, the blast generated a dust cloud around Frieza, but the tyrant emerged from the cloud completely unharmed.
"Your father, huh? I suppose I did kill him, along with the rest of your planet of monkeys, but why are you mentioning it now? It doesn't matter, I suppose. You'll die right here and now either way!" Frieza would have remembered Bardock's face, had Raditz looked more like his father, but he didn't, and he didn't really care either. Not for a moment did the Frost Demon regret having destroyed Planet Vegeta. Brushing off the reference that he didn't understand, Frieza raised his right hand. With that single motion, all the rocky debris that'd been pulled loose from the ground by the battle between him and Raditz was pulled into the air, and there was a significant amount of it due to their first clash. It almost blotted out the sky in front of Raditz. "Die."
With a wave of the short tyrant's hand, all of the debris in the air began to fly toward Raditz at the speed of bullets. I remembered this move being used by Frieza against Goku in the canon, but Raditz was far less able to deal with it than Goku had been.
Despite using his fists and legs to pound the worst of the debris into dust, Raditz wasn't anywhere near fast enough to deal with all of it at once, and his body was quickly covered in bruises and cuts. But as the dust settled, Raditz's energy was still there, floating amid the dust.
"Hahaha! Destroyed by a bit of rubble, and I thought that you were a strong Saiyan!?" Frieza mocked, unable to sense Raditz amid the dust.
His answer: "Double Sunday!" Two blasts flew out of the storm of dust, catching a surprised Frieza off-guard. For the first time since Frieza had changed into his final form, Raditz actually managed to draw a drop of blood from Frieza's cheek. Just a few drops, but putting his thumb to it and realizing that he'd actually been hurt, Frieza went wide-eyed.
"You... actually hurt me..." Frieza muttered in realization, his composure broken for a single moment. before he pulled himself together. "I've never met anyone capable of actually harming me if I let my guard down, before. I suppose I'll have to make sure that it never happens again!"
Releasing a small shockwave from his feet, Frieza appeared in front of Raditz, punching and kicking at him at speeds slightly faster than before, as he unleashed slightly more of his power unconsciously. Against Frieza's new power, Raditz didn't stand a chance. He was battered and beaten one-sidedly this time, then kicked into the sea like a piece of trash.
Underwater, Raditz took stock of his injuries. In a word, they were extensive. The only thing keeping his energy from running rampant and completely destroying his body due to his Kaio-ken was pure willpower, and that wasn't something that he could keep up forever. He was at the end of his rope.
'I can't give up, though.' He thought once again as he sank to the bottom of the sea.
Closing his eyes, Raditz took a moment to carefully gather energy. As much energy as he could find in his body. He was pretty much out of new techniques, and he was at the end of his rope, energy-wise. If this attack didn't work, then Raditz knew that he'd be dead... but that didn't matter to him.
'For you, Kakarot.' Raditz had been dead for over a year. Killed by Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon and sent to rot in hell. Only through his brother's forgiving nature had Raditz been given a second chance, a second go at making his own legacy, and he wasn't going to forget that. If giving his life meant that any one of his allies survived this battle, then it'd be more than worth it in Raditz's eyes, whether he could be revived again by the Dragon Balls or not.
Finally, Raditz's energy was gathered. The water around him seemed to be alight with his energy. Pointing himself directly at where he could sense Frieza's tyrannical energy, Raditz began his attack.
Flying out of the water, Raditz pointed everything he could at Frieza. It seemed like the entire sea followed him into the air as he blasted the tyrant with every bit of energy that he could muster. "OCEANIC THURSDAY RUSH!!!!" He screamed as the entire sea blasted itself into the sky around him, pointing itself at the tiny tyrant, guided by his energy.
When the water began falling back to the ground as rain, Frieza was shown to still be in the air, holding an utterly exhausted Raditz by the neck with his left arm.
"Nice try, but fool me once... It seems that you don't have anything left in you, Raditz. I'd offer for you to rejoin my Frieza Force, but I know what your answer would be... Oh, well." Frieza muttered, "Time to end you." As Frieza gathered energy into his right hand to blast a hole into Raditz's torso...
"HAAAA!!!!!"
