บท 112: Ch. 112: Ginyu is Goku and Fighting Vegeta?!
"Vegeta?! What kind of stupid are you?!" Ginyu couldn't help but wonder aloud. 'Why is he trying to get me to kill him? Doesn't he know that I'd have ignored him completely if he'd stayed in the ship like a good boy?!' "Go back inside the ship and cower like a good little boy, Vegeta. You're not worth fighting with my new power level of 220,000, and I don't want to accidentally kill you because I can't control all of this new energy." Ginyu told him.
"Two hundred and twenty thousand, huh? Impressive. You've really taken all of Kakarot's hard-earned power for your own. Too bad it doesn't matter. Even if I can't defeat you, which I can, easily, you're nowhere near Raditz's strength here. And the girl's gotten stronger, too, I can tell. She's probably stronger than you, too." Vegeta bragged, giving a passive glance over to Raditz and I. As a matter of fact, Vegeta wasn't wrong. Without the Kaio-Ken, even Goku's power wouldn't stand a chance against a Kaio-ken empowered Raditz, and Vegeta's power had literally increased tenfold. He was suppressing it to around 60,000 at the moment, but that was just the tip of his iceberg.
As for me, my base power was 50,000, but I'd gained the ability to bring out more of Grey Mode. I could multiply it by about 10 now, bringing my full power to 500,000, and Nappa and Gohan weren't likely to be too far behind Vegeta, either. I could tell with a glance that Gohan had ripped straight past the limiter I'd set on his power, and not even I was entirely sure where the bottom of his strength lied.
Not that any of that was necessary against Ginyu.
"Alright, Vegeta. You asked for it! Here it comes, my full power! Let's take this 220,000 battle power for a test drive!" Pushing all the energy that he could out of Goku's body, Ginyu powered himself up to the maximum power level that he could muster. The end result?
"I think I might be able to take this guy." Krillin muttered, feeling Ginyu's new power level of 28,000. With Krillin's battle power of 20,000 or so, it was still stronger than him, but not by much. Definitely not a monster like everyone else here.
"Haaahahaha! Feel the true power of Captain Ginyu! Tremble in fear as my energy shakes the heavens and renders the earth!" Ginyu shouted, not realizing how little of his energy he could use since his soul was nowhere near prepared for Goku's body. And without a scouter nearby, Ginyu would never be able to see the difference for himself, either.
"I'm not trembling." Vegeta told him.
"Then take this!" To show off his new power, Ginyu decided to put Vegeta in his place first, since his mouth was so big. With speeds that nobody else bothered to stop, Ginyu blasted right past Raditz and landed a kick right on Vegeta's arm, which... did not bend. Instead, Ginyu's foot felt like it'd been the one hit. By an entire planet of steel.
"Ah!!" Ginyu grabbed his foot hopping up and down in pain.
"What's the matter, Ginyu? Hurt your toe?" Vegeta asked, laughing.
"How!!?" Ginyu shouted, dropping back into a wary fighting stance. "That kick had a power level of 220,000 behind it! How could you just brush it off like it was nothing!?" He was lost. How could Vegeta, who wasn't even an enemy for him back when his own power level had been around a quarter of 220,000, brush off an attack that strong with sheer power!?
"You don't get it, do you, Ginyu!?" A voice came from the sky.
"Ginyu?"
"Dad!"
"Daddy!"
It was Goku in Ginyu's body. After Shay'd healed him, he'd flown this way, chasing after Ginyu. He'd just gotten here. "Ginyu, without knowing the secret to uniting body and soul, you'll never learn to use my body's full power! Right now, I'd say you're only using about a tenth of it!" Goku told him.
Ginyu froze. If that was true, then his battle power was less than 30,000. Weaker than even Vegeta. "You're lying." He knew Goku wasn't. Goku wasn't the type to lie, even in this situation, but Ginyu couldn't accept that. He couldn't accept losing that badly.
"I can see it in your face, Ginyu. You're scared now. You know that you're weaker than everyone here, and you don't want to believe it. Let me give you a reality check, then!" Vegeta shouted, vanishing from in front of Ginyu.
"Vegeta, don't kill him!" Raditz shouted as Ginyu felt Vegeta's foot land on his gut, blowing him into the sky.
"No promises!" Vegeta shouted back at Raditz, chasing after Ginyu's figure. He hammered Ginyu into the ground in the next instant.
"Vegeta, no! He can't fight back anymore!" Goku shouted, realizing what Vegeta was going to do next.
"Shut up, Kakarot! I've been waiting for this for too long! Not only can I kill you for how you humiliated me back on Earth, but I can kill Ginyu as well, for what he did here! It's too perfect to pass up!" Vegeta shouted, balling his hands together. "Haaaaa-"
"I won't let you!" I shouted, knowing that Vegeta was going to actually kill my dad's body. I couldn't let that happen, so just before he let his charged-up Galick Gun fly, I got between Ginyu and Vegeta to hold it off.
"Hanna! No! Don't!" All of a sudden, I was being pushed aside by Ginyu's body... no, my dad. My dad was pushing me aside.
"Galick Gun!"
"Change Now!"
Everything happened at once. Suddenly, I was flying through the air as two beams flew toward my dad, in Ginyu's body. He'd shoved me out of the way, and was about to take both beams head-on. What happened to him was entirely dependent on which beam hit first.
"DADDY!"
"KAKAROT!"
"GOKU!" I could hear every one of our friends scream at the same time as the beams hit my dad at almost the exact same time.
