บท 158: Micah

The halls of the castle were bustling with the Samhain preparations and Evelyn was feeling more confident after her training session with George yesterday. She had been so exhausted that she did not bother going to dinner last night and went straight to bed. She picked out an appropriate outfit for riding, but was distracted when there was a knock on her bedroom doors. She answered as was surprised to find Clyde standing there. "Good morning," she greeted him. 

"You should get ready," he said as he took in her sleeping gown. "I have a surprise for you," he said. 

Evelyn could not hide her surprise and nodded her head at once. She scrambled to get dressed and quickly plaited her hair into two long braids down her back. Clyde was waiting for her leaning against the wall. He stood straight when he saw her and she could not help but to smile under his eye. "What did you have to show me?" She asked.
