Shikera wanted to stop Ethan from suppressing Alan with his intimidating gaze, but she stopped herself when she noticed the two weren't conversing like strangers. Even Ethan didn't look as offended as she thought he would at seeing her completely ignore him and talk to a strange man. As expected, he was a man not affected by jealousy. He was only trying to show his superiority... right?

But why were the two still talking like they had an idea who each other was? Shikera looked from one man to the other, and it dawned on her where they met each other. The hospital!

A frown formed on Shikera's face as she began to connect the dots. For Ethan not to be surprised at seeing Alan, it could only mean that he had expected to see him here on the island. And that in turn could only mean...

It suddenly occured to Shikera at that moment as she glanced up at Ethan,
