บท 29: Time To Let Them Know

Outside the Silver Moon Palace, 

An old man donned in an off white elegant silk robe was sitting by the fountain of longevity. The ray of the rising sun reflected in the pristine water, adding a golden hue to it. 

According to myths passed down from ancestors, whoever completely submerged in the fountain and found the dragon's cave would achieve immortality. Then again these were mere words of mouth. If there was truly such a cave won't the Yan's bloodline be the first one to know?

Yan Linqin, the empress dowager, was dressed in her usual soft silver silk gown. 

"You aren't worried?" 

Yan Lingyun calmly stared at the fountain. His wife had always been excessively cautious about Changmin. He had already expected her to ask this.

"He has grown up now dear." He said, fully aware that his words will do little to relieve her worries.
