He held it in front of Edric, saying, "Since Mr. Reat accepted so readily, I believe he must have a good tolerance for alcohol. So, this drink must be nothing for Mr. Reat."

Edric didn't expect Steve to choose such strong alcohol. However, since he had just agreed so readily, if he refused now, it would hurt his pride.

With a somewhat forced smile on his face, Edric nodded stiffly.
