The men tasked themselves to prepare for the journey. Food, water, weapons, mounts. They were thorough in their preparations, as they still had hours before the entourage would begin their trip. 

Driven by their desperation to find Oyuna and their hunger for vengeance, every arrangement was handled with the utmost care. They could not afford to lose their lives thoughtlessly, for their families depended upon them too.

Despite her lack of appetite, the women insisted Tuzi eat. The weight of Oyuna's situation gnawed at her, leaving her stomach in knots. Having not touched food for a full day, Tuzi stubbornly refused sustenance. Finally, Anu and Tuya managed to coax her into taking a few bites, urging her to find strength for the inevitable confrontation with Alpha Taiga.
