Jerry River pulled back from his thoughts of the events 17 years ago and drifted a meaningful look towards Alexander Foster's face.

"I'm not sure. We held a general meeting 14 years ago which was discovered halfway and after that we never gathered again. We knew beforehand those people wanted to capture us, use us for their underground research so we had no choice but to hide. Later, some suspected that Joy Taylor and Albert Green were traitors, so they gradually distanced themselves. Little did we know that we were still discovered. That's when we found out the real traitor was not them but Hailey Spence."

"So, it was Hailey Spence…" Chloe Collins muttered.

"You already knew about this?"
