Over the past six months, Helen Blair had contemplated how to add insult to injury. But no matter how much she provoked, Amelia Walker just bore it without resisting. Gradually, Helen Blair also stopped this meaningless exercise.

Slowly, she began to notice that her father frequently came home late and sometimes, she could smell perfume on him, a scent unfamiliar to her. Helen was one hundred percent sure that he must've had an affair!

Then she secretly hired a private investigator to delve into her father's affairs and looked for something that could work to her advantage. However, the result was disappointing. The women around her father were simply for fun, celebrities or women from nightclubs. There was no one who posed a threat to Amelia Walker's position, which made Helen realize that although Sebastian Carter was angry, he had no intention of changing his wife.
