When Kabuto heard Temari's response, his expression darkened, and he asked, "What did they use to acquire the serum?"

Kabuto thought for a moment before speaking again, "If they come back to trade again, could you notify SHIELD immediately?"
Temari's expression changed as she looked at Kabuto. "Kabuto, have you forgotten who you are?"

"If you want to die, just say so. We in the Hidden Sand Village would gladly help you with that."
Hearing Temari's words, Ward, who was outside the shop, became instantly anxious. If Kabuto were to be harmed here, it would be a huge loss for Hydra.
He was there to monitor Kabuto, possibly recruit him into Hydra when the time was right.

As Ward worried about Kabuto's safety, inside the puppet shop, Kabuto maintained a smile.
"You misunderstand. It's not an order from SHIELD. It's a request and a mission commission."
Temari looked at Kabuto. "So, you're saying I can share SHIELD's intelligence with them too?"
"Every time you arrive, I could notify other clients of your purchases."
Kabuto shook his head, resigned. "It seems we can't reach an agreement on this matter."
"Since that's the case, let's drop it."
With that, Kabuto turned and left the puppet shop without staying any longer.
Seeing Kabuto leave the shop, Ward's anxiety eased. He opened the car door, and Kabuto soon joined him inside.
Ward started the car and headed toward the Triskelion building.
Sitting in the car, Kabuto looked apologetically at Ward. "Captain, this mission did not go as planned."
Ward, watching the traffic ahead, responded quickly, "It wasn't a complete loss. At most, you confirmed they bought strengthening serums."
"And based on the intelligence we gathered, the ninjas should not lie. If they say they don't know their identity, it should be true."
Hearing Ward's words, Kabuto laughed inwardly.
But on his face, he showed surprise, "Is that so?"
Ward responded, "I can't be sure if they usually lie, but in the intelligence tasks, we've never been misled."
Hearing Ward's response, Kabuto nodded. "I see. Understood, Captain."
"What do we do with the mission we just completed?"
"We'll return to headquarters and submit the mission for evaluation. Let's see if there's anything else headquarters wants us to do."
"Understood, Captain!"

Coulson received a call from Hatake Coulson and learned that the Charles Agency had investigated the situation and it requires 200 energy blocks more.

Meanwhile, Selene, who was working at the service counter, saw Coulson approach with the guards and the suitcases. She greeted him with, "Welcome! Is there anything I can assist you with, Agent Coulson?"
Coulson looked at Selene and responded, "I arranged a meeting with Mr. Kakashi. These energy blocks are the remaining payment for the ongoing task, a total of 200 energy blocks. You can check them."
Selene inspected the four suitcases placed near the service counter and then instructed the guards, "Open the suitcases and verify the quantity."
"Yes!"
The two guards followed the orders and checked the contents of the suitcases, confirming the quantity before closing them.

Selene nodded in agreement and then instructed Michael, "Michael, please escort Agent Coulson to the meeting room."
Turning to Coulson, she said, "Agent Coulson, please wait in the meeting room for a moment. We'll notify Mr. Kakashi to join you there."
Coulson nodded and followed Michael to the meeting room, while Selene picked up the phone at the service counter and made a call.
"Mr. Kakashi, Agent Coulson from S.H.I.E.L.D. has scheduled a meeting with you and has made the final payment of 200 energy blocks for the ongoing task."
"Yes, understood."
Selene then hung up the phone and went back to her work at the service counter.
Coulson did not wait long in the meeting room before Kakashi walked in.
Kakashi was holding a scroll in his hand as he approached Coulson, placed the scroll in front of him, and said, "All of the intelligence on Yakushi Kabuto is recorded here. Please take a look."
Coulson found it strange that the intelligence was recorded on a scroll but did not say anything. He took the scroll, unrolled it, and began to read.
As the scroll unrolled, the information on Yakushi Kabuto appeared.
Yakushi Kabuto: A citizen of the Land of Fire, aged 20.
His parents were commoners from the Land of Fire. He was born in a border town and, from an early age, he was slow-witted, misunderstood, and had a volatile personality, dreaming of becoming a ninja.
